Geological Information
Pink Tourmaline, sometimes called rubellite at higher colour saturation, is one of the most commercially significant tourmaline varieties, a complex boron silicate with a Mohs hardness of 7 to 7.5 and a trigonal crystal system. Its pink to red colour comes from manganese, ranging from pale blush to deep vivid red, and like all tourmaline it shows strong piezoelectric and pyroelectric properties. Material sold under the trade name Unicorn Stone typically combines Pink Tourmaline with smoky quartz, lepidolite, and pale feldspar, which accounts for the mottled matrix seen across these towers. This tower form is also sold as an Obelisk or a Point, all describing the same faceted, single-terminated cut. Principal sources for Pink Tourmaline include Brazil, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Madagascar, and the United States.

AuturaSol Standard
Each natural stone is selected for its authenticity, geological integrity, and energetic clarity. Natural variations in colour, structure, inclusions, and surface features are inherent to geological materials and contribute to the individuality of each piece. Any known treatments, enhancements, stabilization, or man-made characteristics are clearly disclosed within the product information where applicable. Every piece is inspected and photographed to reflect its true character; however, lighting conditions, screen settings, and natural variation may cause slight differences in appearance.
