Purple Fluorite Crystal Tower - 3.75-6 inch
Product Description
This Purple Fluorite Crystal Tower is polished into a faceted, single-terminated point in purple, often with the colour banding and zoning that records the crystal's growth history. Each Tower is individually selected and will vary significantly in visual character and intensity across the collection, along with the exact size and weight. It ranges from a hand point to a larger statement display piece.
Fluorite is traditionally associated with Clarity and Focus, valued as a mind-ordering stone. It is commonly kept for Balance and Harmony and used as a focal point for concentration and clear thinking at a desk or workspace.

Geological Information
Fluorite is calcium fluoride (CaF2), a halide mineral crystallising in the cubic system, and it is the defining mineral for Mohs hardness 4. Its colour comes from trace impurities, including rare earth elements, and from natural irradiation affecting electron-defect centres during crystal growth, with colour zoning and banding reflecting successive growth phases. Fluorite has perfect octahedral cleavage in four directions, meaning it can split cleanly along cleavage planes if struck, and the word fluorescence derives from Fluorite, the first mineral observed to fluoresce under UV light. It was used in ancient Egypt, Rome, and China as a carving material, and English Blue John Fluorite from Derbyshire has been mined for over 300 years. This tower form is also sold as an Obelisk or a Point, all describing the same faceted, single-terminated cut. Principal sources include China, Mexico, South Africa, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
AuturaSol Standard
Each natural stone is selected for its authenticity, geological integrity, and energetic clarity. Natural variations in colour, structure, inclusions, and surface features are inherent to geological materials and contribute to the individuality of each piece. Any known treatments, enhancements, stabilization, or man-made characteristics are clearly disclosed within the product information where applicable. Every piece is inspected and photographed to reflect its true character; however, lighting conditions, screen settings, and natural variation may cause slight differences in appearance. If you have any questions about a piece before completing your purchase, we're always here to help. Where authenticity meets beauty, we tell you exactly what you're holding.
Care Note
Fluorite is soft at Mohs 4 and has perfect cleavage in four directions, so it can chip or split if knocked or dropped. Handle it carefully, keep it away from harder stones, and avoid impacts.
