Red Agate Tumbled Stone - 25-40 mm
Product Description
These Red Agate Tumbled Stones are polished into smooth, rounded forms in warm red, often with visible banding and depth through the translucent chalcedony. Their size allows the banding and depth to remain clearly visible, and tumbling gives them a solid, tactile feel in the hand. The banding and depth of red vary from stone to stone.
Red Agate is traditionally associated with Energy and Vitality, valued for grounding, emotional stability, and steady strength. It is commonly kept for Protection and Grounding and used as a warming focal point for balance and steady drive.
Because this is a natural material, the banding pattern and the exact size vary from stone to stone, so the piece you receive will be uniquely its own.

Geological Information
Red Agate is a chalcedony variety from the quartz family, silicon dioxide, with a Mohs hardness of 7 and a trigonal crystal system, its red colour coming from iron oxide, or hematite, content. Natural red agate exists, with the colour produced by iron-rich hydrothermal fluids during formation, but a significant share of commercial material is dyed from natural grey or banded chalcedony using the iron-nitrate process developed in the Idar-Oberstein agate trade; both natural and treated material are stable and widely available, and source and treatment status are confirmed with the supplier. Red Agate has been used across ancient Mesopotamian, Egyptian, and Roman traditions as a protective and energising stone, often carved into seals and amulets, making it one of the historically most significant agate colours. Principal sources include Brazil, India, and Germany.
AuturaSol Standard
Each natural stone is selected for its authenticity, geological integrity, and energetic clarity. Natural variations in colour, structure, inclusions, and surface features are inherent to geological materials and contribute to the individuality of each piece. Any known treatments, enhancements, stabilization, or man-made characteristics are clearly disclosed within the product information where applicable. Every piece is inspected and photographed to reflect its true character; however, lighting conditions, screen settings, and natural variation may cause slight differences in appearance. If you have any questions about a piece before completing your purchase, we're always here to help. Where authenticity meets beauty, we tell you exactly what you're holding.
