Product Description

Aquamarine Tumbled Stones show soft blue to blue-green tones with a clean, watery clarity and a smooth polish. The colour is gentle and cool, and the more transparent pieces carry a faint sea-glass glow in the light. At this size the stones feel pleasant and substantial in the hand.

Aquamarine is traditionally associated with calm, clear expression and a settled emotional clarity, and is often chosen by people who want a composed, soothing presence for communication or quiet focus. It is commonly carried, held in reflection, or given as a meaningful gift drawing on its long maritime tradition. The soft blue also makes it an elegant stone to display.

Each Aquamarine stone differs in tone, clarity and internal structure, reinforcing the natural variability of the gemstone.

Geological Information
Aquamarine is a beryllium aluminium silicate of the beryl family, crystallizing in the hexagonal system at a Mohs hardness of 7.5 to 8. Its blue to blue-green colour comes from ferrous iron impurities, with deeper blue commanding premium pricing. It is a member of the beryl family alongside emerald and morganite, and forms as hexagonal prismatic crystals, being one of the few gemstones found in very large, clean crystals. Heat treatment is standard practice to remove yellow or greenish tones and produce a cleaner blue, so most commercial aquamarine, including this material where applicable, has been heat-treated; this is disclosed accordingly. The name comes from the Latin aqua marina, water of the sea, and Roman sailors carried it as a talisman of safe passage. This material is sourced primarily from Brazil, with further deposits in Pakistan, Madagascar, Russia, Nigeria and Mozambique.

AuturaSol Standard
Each natural stone is selected for its authenticity, geological integrity, and energetic clarity. Natural variations in colour, structure, inclusions, and surface features are inherent to geological materials and contribute to the individuality of each piece. Any known treatments, enhancements, stabilization, or man-made characteristics are clearly disclosed within the product information where applicable. Every piece is inspected and photographed to reflect its true character; however, lighting conditions, screen settings, and natural variation may cause slight differences in appearance. If you have any questions about a piece before completing your purchase, we're always here to help. Where authenticity meets beauty, we tell you exactly what you're holding.
