Brown Snowflake Obsidian Tumbled Stone - 10-20 mm
Product Description
Brown Snowflake Obsidian Tumbled Stone is a smooth, polished natural glass in warm brown to mahogany, scattered with the pale grey-white clusters that give the stone its snowflake name. Each piece is a rounded, hand-filling tumble with its own spread of flowering patterns. The stones suit a pocket, a bowl, or a grid.
Snowflake Obsidian is traditionally associated with balance, grounding, and quiet protection, and it is commonly carried as a calming, centring stone. Many people keep a tumbled piece close during unsettled periods or hold one during reflection. Its soft mottling makes it an easy, grounding gift.
As a natural glass, each Brown Snowflake Obsidian Tumbled Stone differs in the density and placement of its snowflake clusters, so no two pieces look exactly alike.

Geological Information
Snowflake Obsidian is a volcanic glass, a silicon dioxide that cooled too quickly to crystallize and is therefore amorphous, with a Mohs hardness of 5 to 5.5. The pale snowflake clusters are spherical growths of white cristobalite, a high-temperature form of silica that appears as the glass slowly begins to devitrify over time; in this brown material the base glass carries a warm mahogany tone rather than the more common jet black. It shares the deep volcanic-glass prehistory of black obsidian. Sources include the USA and Mexico.
AuturaSol Standard
Each natural stone is selected for its authenticity, geological integrity, and energetic clarity. Natural variations in colour, structure, inclusions, and surface features are inherent to geological materials and contribute to the individuality of each piece. Any known treatments, enhancements, stabilization, or man-made characteristics are clearly disclosed within the product information where applicable. Every piece is inspected and photographed to reflect its true character; however, lighting conditions, screen settings, and natural variation may cause slight differences in appearance. If you have any questions about a piece before completing your purchase, we're always here to help. Where authenticity meets beauty, we tell you exactly what you're holding.
Care Note
This is a natural glass at Mohs 5 to 5.5 and can chip or scratch if knocked or dropped. Keep it away from harder stones and hard surfaces.
