Calcite with Tourmaline Tumbled Stone - 20-30 mm
Product Description
Calcite with Tourmaline Tumbled Stone, a smooth polished piece in warm honey-brown calcite threaded with sprays of black tourmaline. Each stone is tumbled to a rounded shape and a glossy polish that sets the dark tourmaline needles against the softer calcite. It sits comfortably in the hand or pocket.
This combination is traditionally associated with grounding paired with gentle mental clarity, and is commonly used as a steadying, settling stone. People often hold it while sorting through their thoughts, keep it on a desk for calm focus, or place it where they want a grounded, clear atmosphere. The pairing of calcite and tourmaline gives it a balanced, supportive feel.
Each Calcite with Tourmaline Tumbled Stone is natural, so the colour of the calcite and the spread of the black tourmaline vary from piece to piece.

Geological Information
This is a natural combination stone of calcite, a calcium carbonate that is soft at Mohs 3, with black tourmaline, known as schorl, an iron sodium borosilicate at Mohs 7 to 7.5, so the hardness varies across the piece. The dark tourmaline crystals grew within or alongside the calcite, giving the contrasting needle pattern. Tourmaline is also notably piezoelectric, developing a small electric charge when rubbed or heated. The material is sourced from Brazil.
AuturaSol Standard
Each natural stone is selected for its authenticity, geological integrity, and energetic clarity. Natural variations in colour, structure, inclusions, and surface features are inherent to geological materials and contribute to the individuality of each piece. Any known treatments, enhancements, stabilization, or man-made characteristics are clearly disclosed within the product information where applicable. Every piece is inspected and photographed to reflect its true character; however, lighting conditions, screen settings, and natural variation may cause slight differences in appearance. If you have any questions about a piece before completing your purchase, we're always here to help. Where authenticity meets beauty, we tell you exactly what you're holding.
Care Note
The calcite portion is soft at Mohs 3 and scratches easily, so store this stone apart from harder stones and handle it gently. Calcite is also acid-sensitive, so keep it away from household cleaners, perfume and prolonged water exposure.
