Green Chrysoprase Tumbled Stone - 20-30 mm

Apple-green nickel chalcedony, tumbled for love and renewal
$4.95

Product Description

These Chrysoprase Tumbled Stones show the bright apple-green to deep green colour the stone is prized for, polished into smooth rounded pieces with an even, refined surface. The green is vivid and translucent in better material and can be mottled with paler patches and matrix. The moderate palm size keeps the colour visually prominent and suits personal carry, a display bowl, or a curated collection.

Chrysoprase is traditionally associated with love, emotional renewal and a sense of moving forward, and is commonly chosen by people working through change or wanting to open the heart. Many keep a piece close during the day, hold one in meditation, or set it in a calm space. It is often given as a supportive gift to someone beginning a new chapter or recovering from a difficult time.

Each Chrysoprase stone is natural, so the depth and distribution of green and any matrix will be unique to the piece you receive.

Geological Information
Chrysoprase is a chalcedony variety of the quartz family, silicon dioxide with a Mohs hardness of 7, and it is the only chalcedony coloured by nickel, which gives it its distinctive apple green. Fine Australian material from Queensland shows an intense, translucent green sometimes compared to jade. The stone has a notable European history: it was used in ancient Greece and Rome, reportedly worn by Alexander the Great, and the 14th-century St Wenceslas Chapel in Prague is decorated with chrysoprase, one of the more specific historical references for any retail stone. This is natural, untreated material. It is sourced primarily from Australia, with further material from Poland, Tanzania, Brazil and the USA.

AuturaSol Standard
Each natural stone is selected for its authenticity, geological integrity, and energetic clarity. Natural variations in colour, structure, inclusions, and surface features are inherent to geological materials and contribute to the individuality of each piece. Any known treatments, enhancements, stabilization, or man-made characteristics are clearly disclosed within the product information where applicable. Every piece is inspected and photographed to reflect its true character; however, lighting conditions, screen settings, and natural variation may cause slight differences in appearance. If you have any questions about a piece before completing your purchase, we're always here to help. Where authenticity meets beauty, we tell you exactly what you're holding.

Care Note
Chrysoprase can fade with prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or UV light. Keep it out of extended direct sun and store it away from strong light to preserve the green colour.
