Product Description

Rhodonite Tumbled Stone is a smooth, polished natural stone in soft pink to rose red, marked with the characteristic black manganese veining that threads through the body. Each Rhodonite piece is a rounded, hand-filling tumble with its own web of black tracery. The stones suit a pocket, a bowl, or a grid.

Rhodonite is traditionally associated with love, compassion, and emotional balance, and it is commonly kept as a warm, steadying heart stone. Many people carry a tumbled piece or hold one during reflection or recovery. Its rosy colour makes it a caring, thoughtful gift.

As a natural stone, each Rhodonite Tumbled Stone differs in the balance of pink and the pattern of its black veining, so no two pieces look exactly alike.

Geological Information
Rhodonite is a manganese silicate mineral of the inosilicate group, crystallizing in the triclinic system with a Mohs hardness of 5.5 to 6.5. Its pink to rose-red body is threaded with black manganese oxide veining, an immediately recognizable feature that distinguishes it from rhodochrosite; the name comes from the Greek rhodon, meaning rose. Russian rhodonite was used extensively in Imperial Russian decorative arts. Sources include Australia, Russia, Sweden, the USA, Peru, and Brazil.

AuturaSol Standard
Each natural stone is selected for its authenticity, geological integrity, and energetic clarity. Natural variations in colour, structure, inclusions, and surface features are inherent to geological materials and contribute to the individuality of each piece. Any known treatments, enhancements, stabilization, or man-made characteristics are clearly disclosed within the product information where applicable. Every piece is inspected and photographed to reflect its true character; however, lighting conditions, screen settings, and natural variation may cause slight differences in appearance. If you have any questions about a piece before completing your purchase, we're always here to help. Where authenticity meets beauty, we tell you exactly what you're holding.

Care Note
Rhodonite is moderately soft at Mohs 5.5 to 6.5 and can scratch or chip with hard wear, so keep it separate from harder stones and avoid knocks to protect the polished surface.
