Dalmatian Jasper Worry Stone - 2 inch
Product Description
Dalmatian Jasper Worry Stone cut to a smooth oval with a thumb hollow across one face. The base is a pale cream to soft beige, scattered through with sharply defined black spots that sit at varying density from piece to piece, some tightly clustered and others spread thin. The polish is high and the black inclusions sit flush with the pale matrix rather than standing proud of it, so the surface reads as entirely smooth under a thumb.
Dalmatian Jasper is traditionally associated with grounding and with lifting mood, and it has a reputation as an approachable, unfussy stone rather than one tied to any elaborate practice. It is commonly given to children and to people new to stones, kept in a pocket for everyday use, or set on a desk where the spotted pattern reads as cheerful rather than serious. The pattern is what sells it, and it is genuinely different on every piece.

Geological Information
Dalmatian Jasper is an igneous rock composed of feldspar and quartz at Mohs 6 to 7, and despite the trade name it is not a true jasper, which is a chalcedony-family microcrystalline quartz. The characteristic spotted pattern is produced by black tourmaline or iron oxide crystals distributed through the pale feldspar-quartz matrix, the spots being genuine mineral inclusions rather than surface marking or treatment. No dye or enhancement is involved; the contrast between the cream base and the black spots is entirely natural. The trade name is modern and carries no distinct historical tradition of its own. Mexico is the primary commercial source.
AuturaSol Standard
Each natural stone is selected for its authenticity, geological integrity, and energetic clarity. Natural variations in colour, structure, inclusions, and surface features are inherent to geological materials and contribute to the individuality of each piece. Any known treatments, enhancements, stabilization, or man-made characteristics are clearly disclosed within the product information where applicable. Every piece is inspected and photographed to reflect its true character; however, lighting conditions, screen settings, and natural variation may cause slight differences in appearance. If you have any questions about a piece before completing your purchase, we're always here to help. Where authenticity meets beauty, we tell you exactly what you're holding.
