Dragon Bloodstone Tumbled Stone - 30-45 mm
Product Description
Dragon Bloodstone Tumbled Stones in this larger grade are substantial pieces with a rich green ground broken by bold red-orange markings, the colour reading with real depth at this size. Each stone fills the hand with a solid, reassuring weight, and the polished surface makes the contrast between the green body and the red spotting especially vivid.
Long regarded as a stone of protection, grounding, and vitality, Dragon Bloodstone is commonly used as a centring piece on a desk or altar, held during meditation focused on strength and endurance, or placed in a room where a stabilizing presence is wanted. Larger tumbles like these also make striking single gifts for anyone drawn to bold, earthy stones.
Because the green and the red-orange spotting form individually in every piece, the pattern, contrast, and colour depth will differ from the photograph and from stone to stone.

Geological Information
Dragon Bloodstone, also called Seftonite or African Bloodstone, is a chalcedony (silicon dioxide, Mohs 7, trigonal) with green chlorite inclusions and red-orange hematite spotting. It is the South African counterpart to classic Bloodstone (Heliotrope) and typically shows a deeper green base with more vivid spots than the Indian material. It is untreated natural material, and the trade name Seftonite is used to distinguish the South African origin. Bloodstone carries one of the crystal market's oldest and most consistent traditions, running from ancient Babylonia, Egypt, and Rome through medieval Europe. The primary commercial source is South Africa.
AuturaSol Standard
Each natural stone is selected for its authenticity, geological integrity, and energetic clarity. Natural variations in colour, structure, inclusions, and surface features are inherent to geological materials and contribute to the individuality of each piece. Any known treatments, enhancements, stabilization, or man-made characteristics are clearly disclosed within the product information where applicable. Every piece is inspected and photographed to reflect its true character; however, lighting conditions, screen settings, and natural variation may cause slight differences in appearance.
