Green Hair Jasper Worry Stone - 2 inch
Product Description
Green Hair Jasper Worry Stone cut to a broad oval with a thumb hollow across one face. Fine green fibres run through the body in loose parallel streaks, gathering into denser mats in places and thinning to isolated threads elsewhere, set against a ground that reads dark green to near-black on most pieces and paler where the matrix shows through. The polish is high and the fibres are visibly inside the stone rather than on it.
Jaspers with fibrous inclusions are traditionally associated with balance and with warmth toward others, and this one is generally chosen by people who like being able to see the internal structure. It is commonly carried, held during quiet practice, or kept where the streaking can be examined properly in good light. The fibre distribution is genuinely different on every piece.

Geological Information
Green Hair Jasper is a microcrystalline quartz of the chalcedony family, silicon dioxide crystallising in the trigonal system at Mohs 7, containing green fibrous mineral inclusions distributed through the matrix in hair-like streaks. Those fibres are typically actinolite or green tourmaline needles, grown into the silica while it was forming and then permanently sealed within it as the quartz set. The formation is related to that of other included quartz varieties such as rutilated and tourmalinated quartz, where the host mineral captures a second mineral mid-growth. Colour varies with the density of the inclusions, running from a pale cream ground where they are sparse to a near-uniform dark green where they crowd together. No treatment or dye is involved. India is the primary commercial source, with further material from China.
AuturaSol Standard
Each natural stone is selected for its authenticity, geological integrity, and energetic clarity. Natural variations in colour, structure, inclusions, and surface features are inherent to geological materials and contribute to the individuality of each piece. Any known treatments, enhancements, stabilization, or man-made characteristics are clearly disclosed within the product information where applicable. Every piece is inspected and photographed to reflect its true character; however, lighting conditions, screen settings, and natural variation may cause slight differences in appearance. If you have any questions about a piece before completing your purchase, we're always here to help. Where authenticity meets beauty, we tell you exactly what you're holding.
