Green Point Jade Worry Stone - 2 inch
Product Description
Green Point Jade Worry Stone cut to a broad oval with a thumb hollow across one face. The base is a soft cream to pale tan, and through it sit rounded green spots of varying size, some tightly grouped and others isolated against the pale ground, giving the surface a scattered rather than a banded appearance. The polish is high and the green inclusions read as slightly deeper in tone where they cluster thickly.
This material is traditionally associated with steadiness and with a settled heart, and it is often chosen by people who want the visual character of jade at a fraction of the cost. It is commonly carried day to day, held during quiet practice, or kept on a desk where the spotted pattern is worth a second look. At this size the stone sits comfortably across the width of a palm.

Geological Information
Green Point Jade is a trade name for Green Spot Jasper, and the name requires correction on one point: this material is not jade of any kind, neither nephrite nor jadeite. It is a microcrystalline quartz of the chalcedony family, silicon dioxide crystallising in the trigonal system at Mohs 7, considerably harder than either true jade. The green spots are inclusions of chlorite, epidote or similar green silicate minerals concentrated into rounded formations within a cream or tan chalcedony matrix, and that concentration into distinct spots is what separates it visually from Fancy Jasper, where similar minerals disperse diffusely. No treatment or dye is involved; the colour contrast is natural. The trade name is modern with no tradition behind it, and India is the primary commercial source.

Each natural stone is selected for its authenticity, geological integrity, and energetic clarity. Natural variations in colour, structure, inclusions, and surface features are inherent to geological materials and contribute to the individuality of each piece. Any known treatments, enhancements, stabilization, or man-made characteristics are clearly disclosed within the product information where applicable. Every piece is inspected and photographed to reflect its true character; however, lighting conditions, screen settings, and natural variation may cause slight differences in appearance.
