Product Description

This Scolecite Heart is a carved, polished piece of white to colourless zeolite, smoothed into a softly rounded heart that sits in the palm. The body is pale and translucent, sometimes showing the fine fibrous structure of the mineral beneath the polish. Light and graceful, the Scolecite Heart reads as a calm, luminous piece in the hand or on a shelf.

Scolecite is traditionally associated with calm, inner peace, and restful, dreamlike states, often used for quiet reflection and sleep. As a heart-shaped piece it is commonly kept by the bedside, held in meditation, or set out as a serene display, and its gentle white glow gives it a soothing, peaceful reputation. It is a popular stone for those seeking stillness and gentle spiritual focus.

Each Scolecite Heart is natural and individual, varying in translucency and internal structure from piece to piece.

Geological Information
Scolecite is a zeolite mineral, a calcium aluminium silicate, with a Mohs hardness of 5 to 5.5 and a monoclinic structure. In its natural habit it forms as delicate thin prismatic crystals in radiating sprays and fans within cavities in basaltic rock, and it takes its name from the Greek skolex, meaning worm, a reference to its tendency to curl when heated. The Deccan Trap basalts of India's Pune district produce the primary commercial material. It is largely a modern collector and metaphysical-market stone. Sourced from India.

AuturaSol Standard
Each natural stone is selected for its authenticity, geological integrity, and energetic clarity. Natural variations in colour, structure, inclusions, and surface features are inherent to geological materials and contribute to the individuality of each piece. Any known treatments, enhancements, stabilization, or man-made characteristics are clearly disclosed within the product information where applicable. Every piece is inspected and photographed to reflect its true character; however, lighting conditions, screen settings, and natural variation may cause slight differences in appearance. If you have any questions about a piece before completing your purchase, we're always here to help. Where authenticity meets beauty, we tell you exactly what you're holding.

Care Note
Scolecite is a relatively soft, fragile zeolite (Mohs 5 to 5.5) that can chip or break with rough handling. Handle it gently, keep it from knocks, and store it apart from harder stones.
