Peacock Kyanite Tumbled Stone - 20-45 mm
Product Description
Peacock Kyanite Tumbled Stones show deep blue-to-black tones with the elongated, bladed internal structure characteristic of kyanite, polished so the surface catches light along its length. The darker pieces carry a subtle shifting sheen as they turn. At this size the stones are substantial in the hand, with visible directional grain through the polish.
Peacock Kyanite is traditionally associated with alignment and clarity that move with ease rather than resistance, and is often chosen by people who want a smooth, flowing sense of balance. It is commonly held in meditation, kept in a grid, or carried day to day. The dark, lustrous look also makes it a striking display stone.
Each Peacock Kyanite stone differs in colour depth and in the run of its bladed structure, so no two are the same.

Geological Information
Kyanite is an aluminium silicate of the triclinic system, known for a strongly variable directional hardness, here given as roughly Mohs 4 to 7 depending on the direction tested, and for its bladed crystal habit. Peacock Kyanite is a trade name applied to dark, lustrous kyanite with a shifting, iridescent surface character; whether that peacock-like effect in this material is a natural property or the result of a surface treatment is not confirmed and should be verified before publishing. This combination is not yet catalogued in our reference database and is described here from supplier data and the general characteristics of the kyanite family. This material is sourced from Brazil.
AuturaSol Standard
Each natural stone is selected for its authenticity, geological integrity, and energetic clarity. Natural variations in colour, structure, inclusions, and surface features are inherent to geological materials and contribute to the individuality of each piece. Any known treatments, enhancements, stabilization, or man-made characteristics are clearly disclosed within the product information where applicable. Every piece is inspected and photographed to reflect its true character; however, lighting conditions, screen settings, and natural variation may cause slight differences in appearance. If you have any questions about a piece before completing your purchase, we're always here to help. Where authenticity meets beauty, we tell you exactly what you're holding.
Care Note
Kyanite has a variable directional hardness and can scratch or split along the length of its blades. Handle it gently and store it apart from harder stones.
