Product Description

Leopardite Tumbled Stone is a smooth, polished natural stone in grey to buff, marked with large oval to round pale feldspar spots set against a darker fine-grained groundmass in a natural leopard pattern. Each Leopardite piece is a rounded, hand-filling tumble with its own spotting. The stones suit a pocket, a bowl, or a grid.

Leopardite is traditionally associated with grounding protection and balance, and it is commonly kept as a steadying, earthy stone. Many people carry a tumbled piece or keep one in a working space. Its bold spotting makes it a distinctive, grounding gift.

As a natural stone, each Leopardite Tumbled Stone differs in the size and spread of its pale spots, so no two pieces look exactly alike.

Geological Information
Leopardite is a porphyritic granite, an igneous rock with a Mohs hardness of 6 to 7, in which large oval to round feldspar phenocrysts are set in a darker fine-grained granitic matrix, creating a natural leopard-spot pattern. It is mineralogically distinct from Leopard Skin Jasper, being a granite rather than a rhyolite and from a completely different geological context. It comes from a specific granite formation in Finland's Precambrian bedrock, among the oldest geological formations in Europe.

AuturaSol Standard
Each natural stone is selected for its authenticity, geological integrity, and energetic clarity. Natural variations in colour, structure, inclusions, and surface features are inherent to geological materials and contribute to the individuality of each piece. Any known treatments, enhancements, stabilization, or man-made characteristics are clearly disclosed within the product information where applicable. Every piece is inspected and photographed to reflect its true character; however, lighting conditions, screen settings, and natural variation may cause slight differences in appearance. If you have any questions about a piece before completing your purchase, we're always here to help. Where authenticity meets beauty, we tell you exactly what you're holding.
