Mookaite Worry Stone - 2 inch
Product Description
The Mookaite Worry Stone cut to a full oval with a thumb hollow worked into one face. The colour is the draw here: deep oxblood red, mustard yellow, plum and cream falling in irregular blocks across each piece, with the divisions between them abrupt rather than blended. The polish is high and even across all the colour zones, and at this size the stone fills the hollow of a palm.
Mookaite is traditionally associated with vitality and with decisiveness, and is often reached for by people who want to push through rather than settle. It is commonly carried through a long working day, held while weighing a decision, or given as a practical gift for someone who fidgets. The strong colour makes it easy to find in a bag or a drawer, which sounds trivial but matters for a stone meant to be picked up often.

Geological Information
Mookaite Jasper is a sedimentary jasper composed of silicified radiolarian chert at Mohs 7, formed from the silica remains of ancient radiolarian marine organisms compacted and hardened over time. Its vivid range of red, yellow, cream, purple and white is entirely natural, with no dye or enhancement involved, the colours arising from varied iron content through the chert. The material is found only along Mooka Creek in Western Australia, making it one of the strictest single-source stones in the trade. It has been used by Aboriginal Australians for thousands of years and carries genuine cultural heritage as well as commercial value. Western Australia remains the sole origin.
AuturaSol Standard
Each natural stone is selected for its authenticity, geological integrity, and energetic clarity. Natural variations in colour, structure, inclusions, and surface features are inherent to geological materials and contribute to the individuality of each piece. Any known treatments, enhancements, stabilization, or man-made characteristics are clearly disclosed within the product information where applicable. Every piece is inspected and photographed to reflect its true character; however, lighting conditions, screen settings, and natural variation may cause slight differences in appearance. If you have any questions about a piece before completing your purchase, we're always here to help. Where authenticity meets beauty, we tell you exactly what you're holding.
