Goldstone Double Terminated Point - 1.25 inch
Product Description
The Double Terminated Goldstone Point is a small polished piece of reddish-brown man-made glass worked to a point at both ends, alive with the fine coppery sparkle the material is famous for. Countless tiny copper flecks catch the light across the smooth surface, giving it a warm, glittering shine, and the double-terminated shape makes it a compact piece to hold or display.
Goldstone is popularly associated with confidence, drive and vital energy, qualities often linked to its warm colour and glittering finish. People keep a small point like this close during demanding moments, hold it in reflection, or carry it as an encouraging token, and double-terminated pieces are popular for energy work.
As a man-made material, each Goldstone point will show slight differences in the density and sparkle of its copper flecks from one piece to the next.

Geological Information
Goldstone is a man-made glass, not a natural mineral, produced by dissolving copper oxide into molten silica glass and cooling it in a controlled low-oxygen environment, with a Mohs hardness of about 5.5 to 6. Its sparkling effect comes from tiny octahedral copper crystals that form during cooling and reflect light, and the most common variety, seen here, is reddish-brown. It originated in 17th-century Venice, traditionally attributed to the Miotti family of Murano glassmakers who held an exclusive licence for its production, and is associated with medieval alchemy and the pursuit of transmuting base metals into gold. Its man-made nature is disclosed here in full; blue, green and purple varieties exist where cobalt or manganese replaces the copper.
AuturaSol Standard
Each piece is selected for its quality, beauty, and visual consistency. Where a material is man-made or enhanced, this is clearly disclosed within the product information. Every piece is inspected and photographed to reflect its true character; however, lighting conditions, screen settings, and natural variation may cause slight differences in appearance. If you have any questions about a piece before completing your purchase, we're always here to help. Where authenticity meets beauty, we tell you exactly what you're holding.
Care Note
As a glass material, Goldstone can chip or scratch if knocked or dropped, and the slender points are the most vulnerable part. Handle it gently and store it apart from harder stones.
