The Singing Bowl Crystal is a large frosted white quartz bowl, opaque and matte across its full height with the fine granular surface characteristic of fused quartz. At 13.75 inches it is among the larger sizes made, and the sound builds gradually into a full, room-filling resonance that holds long after the pass ends, which is what makes this size a dependable centrepiece for sound bath sessions, meditation practice, and space clearing. It is heavy enough to stay put once seated and is intended to be played in position rather than moved between passes. A rubber O-ring is included to seat the bowl securely while it is played, along with a striking stick.
