The Sweetgrass Braid Smudge is a long, hand-plaited braid of dried Sweetgrass, its pale golden strands woven in the traditional three-part pattern and flexible enough to coil for storage or hang whole. Sweetgrass burns with a soft, sweet, vanilla-like smoke, gentler than sage, and in many North American traditions it follows a sage cleansing to invite kindness and good spirits into the cleared space. Light the tip and let it smoulder, or trim small pieces for shorter sessions. Grown and braided in the USA.
