Chevron Amethyst Tumbled Chips - 4-10 mm
Product Description
These Chevron Amethyst Tumbled Chips are small, polished irregular pieces showing purple amethyst banded with white quartz in the characteristic V-shaped chevron pattern. Sold as loose chips by weight, each batch differs, and the banding and contrast are clearly defined, making them suitable for decorative layouts and crystal grids where visual structure is valued. Their small size suits crafts, bottles, and fill.
Chevron Amethyst is traditionally associated with Intuition and Spiritual Awareness, its banded contrast linked with clarity and insight. It is commonly kept for Protection and Grounding and used to support calm, centred awareness.
Because this is a natural material, the banding and contrast vary batch to batch, so the chips you receive will be uniquely their own.

Geological Information
Chevron Amethyst is a variety of quartz, silicon dioxide, with a Mohs hardness of 7 and a trigonal crystal system, in which purple iron-bearing quartz and white quartz crystallise in alternating V-shaped bands during hydrothermal growth. The chevron pattern is caused by oscillating iron availability in the silica-bearing fluid during crystal formation, producing both the full purple of amethyst and the clarity of white quartz in distinct geometric layers. It shares the full historical tradition of amethyst, one of the most consistently documented gemstones across Greek, Roman, Egyptian, and Christian cultures. Principal sources include Brazil, India, Madagascar, and Namibia.
AuturaSol Standard
Each natural stone is selected for its authenticity, geological integrity, and energetic clarity. Natural variations in colour, structure, inclusions, and surface features are inherent to geological materials and contribute to the individuality of each piece. Any known treatments, enhancements, stabilization, or man-made characteristics are clearly disclosed within the product information where applicable. Every piece is inspected and photographed to reflect its true character; however, lighting conditions, screen settings, and natural variation may cause slight differences in appearance. If you have any questions about a piece before completing your purchase, we're always here to help. Where authenticity meets beauty, we tell you exactly what you're holding.
