Product Description
These Blue Chalcedony Tumbled Chips are small, polished irregular pieces in pale blue to blue-grey, with unique colour depth, natural translucency variation, and the characteristic waxy lustre of the material. Sold as loose chips by weight, each batch differs. Their small size suits crafts, bottles, grids, and decorative fill.
Blue Chalcedony is traditionally associated with Calm and Stress Relief, valued for composed, gentle expression. It is commonly kept for Balance and Harmony and used to support calm communication and settled feeling.

Geological Information
Blue Chalcedony is a microcrystalline quartz variety, silicon dioxide, with a Mohs hardness of 7 and a trigonal crystal system, formed through silica deposition in various geological environments. Its pale blue to blue-grey colour comes not from chemical pigment but from the Tyndall effect, the same optical phenomenon responsible for the colour of the sky, in which submicroscopic inclusions scatter short-wavelength blue light preferentially, so the colour is structural rather than chemical. It has been used in ancient seal carving across Near Eastern and Mediterranean cultures. Principal sources include Namibia, Turkey, the United States, Brazil, and India.
AuturaSol Standard
Each natural stone is selected for its authenticity, geological integrity, and energetic clarity. Natural variations in colour, structure, inclusions, and surface features are inherent to geological materials and contribute to the individuality of each piece. Any known treatments, enhancements, stabilization, or man-made characteristics are clearly disclosed within the product information where applicable. Every piece is inspected and photographed to reflect its true character; however, lighting conditions, screen settings, and natural variation may cause slight differences in appearance. If you have any questions about a piece before completing your purchase, we're always here to help. Where authenticity meets beauty, we tell you exactly what you're holding.
