Amethyst Tumbled Stone - 20-40 mm
Product Description
This Amethyst Tumbled Stone is a polished quartz piece in soft to deep purple, ranging from pale lilac to rich violet across the lot. The polish gives it a clear, glassy finish, and the colour often deepens in zones through the stone. Smooth and palm-sized, the Amethyst is a classic, calming stone in the hand.
Amethyst is traditionally associated with intuition, spiritual awareness, and calm clarity, one of the most widely used stones in any practice. People commonly keep it on a desk, hold it in meditation, or carry it for a settled, focused mind, and it is a frequent gift. Its purple colour and gentle, balancing reputation have kept Amethyst a favourite across centuries of use.
Each Amethyst is natural and individual, varying in colour depth, zoning, and clarity from piece to piece.

Geological Information
Amethyst is a quartz, silicon dioxide, with a Mohs hardness of 7 and a trigonal structure. Its purple to violet colour comes from iron impurities and natural irradiation within the crystal lattice, ranging from palest lilac to deep royal purple. It forms as prismatic crystals lining geodes and vugs, and takes its name from the Ancient Greek amethystos, meaning not drunk, having been worn across Greek and Roman cultures as a talisman against intoxication and used throughout European history in royal and ecclesiastical jewellery. Sources include Brazil, Uruguay, Zambia, Madagascar, Russia, South Korea, and Canada.
AuturaSol Standard
Each natural stone is selected for its authenticity, geological integrity, and energetic clarity. Natural variations in colour, structure, inclusions, and surface features are inherent to geological materials and contribute to the individuality of each piece. Any known treatments, enhancements, stabilization, or man-made characteristics are clearly disclosed within the product information where applicable. Every piece is inspected and photographed to reflect its true character; however, lighting conditions, screen settings, and natural variation may cause slight differences in appearance. If you have any questions about a piece before completing your purchase, we're always here to help. Where authenticity meets beauty, we tell you exactly what you're holding.
Care Note
Amethyst can fade with prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Display or store it out of strong, constant sun to preserve the depth of its purple colour.
