Selenite Tumbled Stone - 20-30 mm
Product Description
These Selenite Tumbled Stones are a luminous white to translucent, polished into smooth rounded pieces with the soft, satin-like sheen the stone is loved for. Fine internal striations run through the body, catching the light with a gentle glow. The comfortable palm size suits a serene display, meditation, or quiet handling.
Selenite is traditionally associated with clarity, calm and a sense of light and openness, and is widely kept as a peaceful, high-vibration stone. Many hold a piece during meditation, keep one in a calm space, or place it where they want a sense of stillness. It is a popular choice for anyone drawn to a soft, luminous white stone.
As a natural stone, the clarity and the pattern of internal fibres differ from one piece to the next, so each stone is distinct.

Geological Information
Selenite is a crystalline form of gypsum, calcium sulphate, very soft at Mohs 2 to 2.5, with a fibrous structure and a silky, satin-like white lustre. It is named after Selene, the Greek goddess of the moon, a reference to its soft luminosity, and the lunar association is ancient and cross-cultural. Mexico's Cave of the Crystals at Naica, discovered in 2000, holds selenite crystals exceeding 10 metres, among the largest mineral crystals ever found. This is natural, untreated material, sourced from Morocco, with further material from Mexico, the USA, Poland and Australia.
AuturaSol Standard
Each natural stone is selected for its authenticity, geological integrity, and energetic clarity. Natural variations in colour, structure, inclusions, and surface features are inherent to geological materials and contribute to the individuality of each piece. Any known treatments, enhancements, stabilization, or man-made characteristics are clearly disclosed within the product information where applicable. Every piece is inspected and photographed to reflect its true character; however, lighting conditions, screen settings, and natural variation may cause slight differences in appearance. If you have any questions about a piece before completing your purchase, we're always here to help. Where authenticity meets beauty, we tell you exactly what you're holding.
Care Note
Selenite is very soft (Mohs 2 to 2.5) and water-soluble, so prolonged contact with water will permanently damage the surface. Keep it completely dry, never cleanse it in water, and store it apart from harder stones, handling it gently to avoid scratches.
