Caribbean Calcite Worry Stone - 1.75-2 inch
Product Description
Caribbean Calcite Worry Stone cut to a broad oval with a thumb hollow across one face. The stone is a soft blend of cream, white and pale grey with occasional warmer brown zones, the colours drifting into one another rather than banding sharply, and the balance between them shifts considerably from piece to piece. The polish is smooth with a slightly soft, waxy quality typical of a calcite at this hardness.
Caribbean Calcite is traditionally associated with calm and with settling mental noise, and is often chosen by people who want something for the end of the day rather than the middle of it. It is commonly kept on a bedside table, held during breathing practice, or given to someone going through a difficult stretch. The gentle colouring suits that use, and it is one of the more restful stones to look at for any length of time.

Geological Information
Caribbean Calcite is a combination material rather than a single mineral, blue calcite occurring together with white and brown aragonite in a single matrix, calcium carbonate crystallising in the trigonal system at Mohs 3. Where the blue is present it comes from trace copper or iron content within the calcite. Despite the name the material has no connection to the Caribbean; it is a trade designation referencing the resemblance of its blue-teal tones to Caribbean water. Pakistan is the sole known commercial source, and the material is genuinely recent, entering the international market around 2019 and becoming one of the most rapidly adopted new introductions of that period. No treatment or enhancement is applied.
AuturaSol Standard
Each natural stone is selected for its authenticity, geological integrity, and energetic clarity. Natural variations in colour, structure, inclusions, and surface features are inherent to geological materials and contribute to the individuality of each piece. Any known treatments, enhancements, stabilization, or man-made characteristics are clearly disclosed within the product information where applicable. Every piece is inspected and photographed to reflect its true character; however, lighting conditions, screen settings, and natural variation may cause slight differences in appearance. If you have any questions about a piece before completing your purchase, we're always here to help. Where authenticity meets beauty, we tell you exactly what you're holding. Caribbean Calcite is sensitive to acids and can be damaged by contact with household cleaning products or skincare products.
