Amethyst Tumbled Stone - 15-30 mm
Product Description
Amethyst Tumbled Stones are polished pieces in purple to violet, ranging from pale lilac to deep royal purple across the batch. The colour is often unevenly distributed within each stone, with lighter and darker zones, and the polish gives them a bright, glassy surface. These are smooth, appealing mid-sized tumbles.
Amethyst is traditionally associated with intuition, spiritual awareness, and calm. It is commonly carried as a stone of insight and serenity, held in meditation, kept on a bedside surface, or added to a collection. One of the most widely loved crystals, it is a natural choice for everyday carry and for sharing.
The depth of purple varies considerably from stone to stone, and colour zoning within each piece is a natural characteristic, so every stone differs from the photograph.

Geological Information
Amethyst is a purple to violet variety of quartz (silicon dioxide, Mohs 7, trigonal), its colour arising from iron impurities and natural irradiation within the crystal lattice, with intensity ranging from palest lilac to deep royal purple. It forms as prismatic hexagonal crystals lining geodes and alluvial deposits, and Zambian material is noted for exceptional clarity and a distinctive blue-violet secondary hue. Its name derives from the Ancient Greek amethystos, meaning not drunk, and it was worn across Greek and Roman cultures as a talisman against intoxication and used extensively in royal and ecclesiastical jewellery, purple being the colour of royalty and spiritual authority. It is sourced from Brazil, Uruguay, Zambia, Madagascar, Russia, South Korea, and Canada.
AuturaSol Standard
Each natural stone is selected for its authenticity, geological integrity, and energetic clarity. Natural variations in colour, structure, inclusions, and surface features are inherent to geological materials and contribute to the individuality of each piece. Any known treatments, enhancements, stabilization, or man-made characteristics are clearly disclosed within the product information where applicable. Every piece is inspected and photographed to reflect its true character; however, lighting conditions, screen settings, and natural variation may cause slight differences in appearance. If you have any questions about a piece before completing your purchase, we're always here to help. Where authenticity meets beauty, we tell you exactly what you're holding.
Care Note
Amethyst's colour can fade with prolonged exposure to sunlight, so keep it out of extended direct sun and store it away from strong light to preserve its purple.
