# Hamsa Hand Backflow Incense Burner - White

A protective symbol that turns everyday incense into a calming ritual
$16.95

Product Description

The Hamsa Hand Backflow Incense Burner takes the shape of an upturned palm, its fingers and mount etched with astrological glyphs and planetary symbols in fine black linework against a soft matte white finish. A small metal-lined well sits at the centre of the palm to hold a Backflow Incense Cone, with a single carved channel running down through the wrist to the round catch basin below. Lit and settled, the cone sends cooled smoke pouring down through that channel in a slow, unbroken stream, pooling and drifting across the basin in the layered waterfall effect that gives backflow burners their name. At 119 mm (4.7 inches) tall, the piece holds a quiet, substantial presence without asking for much space, equally at home on a windowsill, an altar, or a work desk.

The Hamsa Hand is traditionally regarded across many Middle Eastern and North African cultures as a symbol of protection, warding off negative energy and ill intent while inviting good fortune to the one who keeps it close. Paired with the visible chain of zodiac and planetary symbols across its fingers, the piece is often used as a focal point for grounding, reflection, and everyday protective ritual, its slow-falling smoke lending a natural rhythm to quiet, contemplative moments.

Every product is selected to reflect its true character; however, lighting conditions, screen settings, and natural variation may cause slight differences in appearance. If you have any questions about a piece before completing your purchase, we're always here to help. Where authenticity meets beauty, we tell you exactly what you're holding. This burner uses a Backflow Incense Cone, which burns down from the tip, dropping hot ash and embers as it goes - place it in a stable, heat-resistant location away from drafts and flammable materials, out of reach of children and pets. Never leave burning incense unattended.
